In this practical workshop, together we will discover meditation and relaxation techniques that will help you achieve inner balance. You will learn how to effectively relieve stress, deepen your concentration or improve your sleep quality. After a theoretical introduction, we begin our yoga practice guided by meditation and pranayama, then warm up, strengthen and stretch the whole body. We end the lesson with yoga nidra and meditation. The lesson is intended for all levels of advanced, including complete beginners.
