Sleep is an important part of our lives, we spend up to a third of our lives in it, and yoga practice can significantly contribute to its quality, but it is not only about it, it is also necessary to pay attention to other habits during the day and evening.

At the workshop you can look forward to practical tips to improve your sleep hygiene, which are the first step to better sleep, but together we will also indulge in gentle practice on a mat with elements of yin yoga - the positions are chosen to pleasantly stretch the body and calm the mind, accompanied by scents that tune in to slow down and rest throughout the day. Finally, you will have a yoga nidra lesson, that is, yoga sleep, when the body enters a state of deep relaxation and relaxation on the border between meditation and sleep - and it is yoga nidra that can improve not only your sleep, but also has a positive effect on stress reduction, the ability to learn and concentrate, or help improve mental well-being.

What is the aim of the workshop:

Escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and head out into nature to learn how to use yoga techniques to relax, relieve stress, or sleep better. In addition, you will end all this in a beautiful wellness center in nature with two saunas, an outdoor hot tub and a biotope pond.

10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Workshop

1:30-2:30 p.m.
Lunch break - possibility to buy lunch or snack in our Vietnamese restaurant (we recommend warming up with hot soup Pho)

2:30-7 p.m.
Wellness - Finnish sauna, rest room with fireplace and biotope pond.
