1. Presentation and introduction to scientific knowledge about Wim Hof Methods
2. Mental, stretching and breathing exercises
3. Limb dive into swimming pool + full body dive into ice water in habitat/ice pool according to season
4. Sharing and motivation for further work with DISKOMFORT.
