At po.spolu resort, we have prepared a unique women's retreat focused on longevity, regeneration, and conscious care for body and mind. A week-long stay that combines the principles of biohacking and life hacking, ideal for every woman who wants to live fully – healthier, more consciously, and with greater ease.
The program offers a combination of gentle movement, meditation, breathing exercises, cold exposure, red light therapy, nutritional recommendations, and topics such as women's health, sleep, relationships, and habit building. Each day brings inspiration, deeper connection with yourself, and space for rest and growth.
Everything takes place in the peaceful environment of our resort, surrounded by nature – the ideal place for a restart, recharging, and long-term positive change.
