Indulge in a moment of peace to truly unwind. A sound bath is a gentle relaxation technique that uses the tones of Tibetan and crystal bowls, rain sticks, koshi chimes, and other instruments. The sounds will pleasantly relax you, help calm your mind, and create a sense of well-being. In this tranquil setting, you can take a moment to pause, be present, and enjoy a space that is just for you.
The sound bath will be led by Martina Chomátová, an experienced mindfulness instructor.

We recommend combining the sound bath with an accommodation package including unlimited wellness on the day of arrival and the whole next day (May 7–8). Take advantage of the public holiday on May 8 and enjoy even deeper relaxation.

The musical instruments I use help our bodies and minds achieve deep relaxation. Perhaps you find this difficult in your daily life. You might be experiencing stress and can't fully unwind. You may not have a calm and peaceful place at home. Thanks to our shared intention and the use of these instruments, your body can rest in a way it often doesn't get to.

So many thoughts race through your head every day. No matter how hard you try, you can't seem to slow your mind down, let alone stop it. Through the vibrations and harmonization of the instruments, your mind will be tuned, which can transform the quality and content of your thoughts. You might discover something new. You can gain perspective and distance from a difficult situation, or you can let go of long-held issues. You can experience peace, a break from heavy thoughts, and inner silence.
