The workshop is packed with a lot of practical and theoretical information regarding the pelvic floor. It is a combination of exercise units and tips for everyday life, leading to an improved perception of one's own body with an emphasis on the pelvis and pelvic floor. Breathing and connecting the pelvic floor with postural alignment are also included.
