With great joy, we invite you to five special days of teachings and empowerments with Kyabje Pekod Gyalsey Rinpoche, an eminent master of the Nyingma tradition and a holder of the precious lineage of terma teachings revealed by Rigdzin Jatsön Nyingpo.

The lineage of Gyalsey Dechen Lingpa has its roots in the sacred land of Pemakö. According to his traditional biography, the first Gyalsey Dechen Lingpa is regarded as the reincarnation of two of Guru Rinpoche’s twenty-five principal disciples—Acharya Yeshe Yang and the translator Langdro Könchok Jungné. The present, fourth Gyalsey Tulku Rinpoche was recognized in 1962 by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche.

He began his studies at Mindrolling Monastery in India in 1965 and later served there for ten years, from 1978 to 1988, as head khenpo and director of the shedra (monastic college), teaching Buddhist philosophy, sutras, and tantras.

Throughout his life, he has received extensive teachings and transmissions from some of the greatest masters of twentieth-century Tibetan Buddhism, including His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche, His Holiness Mindrolling Trichen, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Dodrupchen Rinpoche, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, Yangthang Rinpoche, and Nyoshul Khenpo. He is a holder of the traditional Dechen Lingpa lineage and the terma teachings of Rigdzin Jatsön Nyingpo.

From 1 to 5 October 2026, Rinpoche will give teachings and bestow empowerments in the Czech Republic.

This is a rare opportunity to meet in person with a master who has spent decades preserving, practising, and transmitting an unbroken lineage of Vajrayana and Dzogchen teachings.
