What is a whisk ceremony like?

A whisk sauna ceremony is a ritual where the sauna master uses natural whisks made from tree branches (most commonly birch, oak, eucalyptus, or juniper). The ritual is a gentle, targeted therapy using heat, touch, and scent, accompanied by relaxing music.

What is an individual sauna ceremony?

An individual whisk sauna ceremony is a private wellness ritual that combines traditional sauna bathing with a gentle massage and stimulation of the body using natural whisks.

How the ceremony works

The ceremony takes place individually or as a couple in the presence of the sauna master.
In the heated sauna, the sauna master works with heat, steam, and the scents of essential oils.
Using heated whisks, the therapist performs gentle fanning, tapping, and pressure strokes over the body.
The whisks promote skin circulation, muscle relaxation, and the opening of pores.
