The Art of Being Truly Present
We live in a time full of noise, rush, and constant stimuli. Yet beneath it all lies a simple truth: peace is always within reach—right here and now.
Mindfulness is not a technique or a trend. It is a return to oneself. A way to see, perceive, and be so that the mind is clear and the heart is receptive. It teaches us to listen, breathe, and awaken to presence—without judgment and without haste.
This lecture is an invitation to pause.
To take a breath in the midst of restlessness.
To remember what it is like—just to be.
🕊️ For everyone who longs for more peace, depth, and conscious presence in everyday life.
Lecture by: Sabchu Rinpoche
About Sabchu Rinpoche
Venerable Sabchu Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher born in Nepal. He was recognized by the 14th Shamar Rinpoche. At an early age, he moved to Swayambhu Monastery, where he began studying the Tibetan language and the basic practices of the Karma Kamtsang lineage.
To date, he has received many empowerments, reading transmissions, and instructions from great masters of the Kagyu lineage as well as many other qualified meditation masters. He spent one year practicing Chöd in Pharping. At eighteen, he began a three-year retreat under the guidance of Maniwa Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche. He then started traveling and teaching in Europe and North America. He later completed a bachelor's degree in Film and Media Production in Canada.
